Job Description

Boost Juice is seeking a responsible and motivated Store Supervisor / Shift Leader to manage daily store operations and support the team in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily store activities and staff shifts
Ensure product quality and service standards are maintained
Handle customer issues and provide quick solutions
Support training of new team members
Monitor stock levels and place orders when required
Ensure hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
Open and close store according to company procedures
Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

1–2 years experience in retail or food service (preferred)
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced environment
Responsible and organised personality
