Restaurant Staff – Pizza Hut

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Staff to join the Pizza Hut team. This role involves assisting with customer service, food preparation, order taking, dine-in service, cleaning, and maintaining store standards. Ideal for someone who enjoys teamwork, fast-paced environments, and delivering great customer experiences.

 Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
• Take customer orders in-store, online, or via phone
• Assist in pizza preparation, toppings, baking, and packaging
• Operate POS system and handle cash/card payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counter, kitchen & equipment
• Support delivery packing and dispatch during busy times
• Follow Pizza Hut food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies as required
• Assist with opening/closing duties, including cleaning & checklists
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality, fast food, or retail (preferred)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math & cash handling ability
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and good work ethic
• Able to work flexible hours (evenings, weekends, public holidays)
• Must follow brand uniform & grooming standards
• Food handling or RSA certificate (may be required based on location)
